ArcPointe was formed in 2004 and is an outsource CFO platform providing financial, accounting and business consulting services to businesses in need of high-level financial expertise on a part time basis. John Rutowicz is the Principal of ArcPointe.  ArcPointe also operates full-service Real Estate Investment, Leasing and Property Management Company. Mr. Rutowicz’s extensive financial background is instrumental for working through financial issues with Companies’ Finance and Accounting personnel.  

 

Since 2005 Mr. Rutowicz has been based in Fresno CA and is a fractional CFO and business advisor for real estate developers and business owners and responsible for financial, accounting and investment evaluation services.  The business portfolio includes real estate investment, ownership, management and leasing, farming, RV dealerships, radio and media, professional services, counseling, rehabilitation, manufacturing, landfill and environmental remediation, health and fitness and solar development.

 

Prior to this, Mr. Rutowicz was the Chief Financial Officer for DivcoWest Properties, a real estate investment and development company in the San Francisco Bay Area, and was responsible for overseeing the financial, accounting and operating functions.  In 2003 he became the Director of the Investment Group responsible for Acquisitions and Dispositions as well as providing oversight to the financial analysis tracking performance of assets held in the Company’s portfolio.  During 2003 this Investment group purchased over $200 million of property for Page Mill Properties, DivcoWest’s opportunistic investment fund.  In his career at DivcoWest Mr. Rutowicz was involved with the acquisition, disposition, financing and management of a portfolio aggregating over ten million square feet with values aggregating over one billion dollars.

 

Prior to relocating to California, Mr. Rutowicz was an owner in his family’s wholesale butcher and food distribution company serving small and medium size restaurants in NYC.  Mr. Rutowicz was a practicing Certified Public Accountant while in NYC working for boutique New York based public accounting firms where he was involved with clients in the garment, manufacturing and entertainment industries as well as high net worth individuals with significant real estate holdings.  

 

Mr. Rutowicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. John's University in New York and was a licensed Certified Public Accountant in that state. Mr. Rutowicz serves on the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley, the Role Model Program of Silicon Valley and Treasurer for Fig Garden Swim and Racquet Club Board of Directors.
