Transaction Size

$10 to $75+ million.

Location

Major U.S. metropolitan and suburban locations, western U.S. preferred.

Rental Structure

As stated, otherwise may be level, escalating (fixed or indexed) or optimized depending on corporate objectives.

Rental/Cap Rates

Market based, subject to creditworthiness of tenant(s) and specific property data.
